Let's get it out of the way: He's seven-foot tall, give an inch or so, and impossible to miss as a result. It would be a bit easier to blend into anonymity if he had been closer to average, but he can't do much about it.

Lucifer's hair is short, cutting off on his nape, and pale blonde, basically just a couple shades of yellow away from being white. It's recently been allowed to grow down his face in a very closely trimmed facial hair accessory that doesn't know if it's suppsoed to be sideburns or muttonchops.

He has stormy grey-green eyes, although you'll likely never see them, as he wears a pair of darkly tinted shades at all hours of night and day, and has only once had them removed -- and then not by choice. Don't try it. He's pale, as happens when he locks himself up all the time in libraries and his various offices.

Since transferring to Marsh, Lucifer's clothing has of late become more formal, most noticeably regarding his upper body. The long coat has been exchanged for a somewhat militaristic jacket, a deep blue affair with silver buttons and trim, accented by a stiff black collar, cuffs, and thin belt. Silver square buckle, of course. The black gloves he wears at all times are thin, light, and smooth. Same with his pants and polished shoes, each of which are made of appropriately thicker and more durable material.

Lucifer's second most obvious characteristic, however, is a straight wooden cane at his right side with a brass endcap. He rarely leaves it behind. Although he's been seen on several occasions walking about without with little difficulty, he will openly mention that it is, in fact, needed for more than show.

Look sharp: He's also armed. Concealed, naturally.

Other: Growlithe has pure white fur, black stripes and piercing blue eyes. It has an ability to learn water type attacks as well as fire. It also never gives up; if a larger pokémon were to appear and challenge it the pokémon would accept without hesitation. Very disobedient and mistrustful.
